Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

Return Window:
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your purchase. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it (unworn/unused)

  • Include tags and original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return:
To start a return, contact us at mermaidclubb@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return address

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

  • The return shipping cost is covered by the customer.

Return Location (Europe):

Returns should be sent to Europe, as our headquarters and return center are located there.

Important:

  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges:
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing can take up to 1 week depending on your bank or credit card company
